Rynzi is a place to meet people through shared interests. These guidelines keep it welcoming. Please read them before you publish a profile, open a room, or post in one.
1. Respect and consent
Respect different identities and interests; interaction requires clear consent and cannot be harassing or coercive. Stay on the room's topic and let everyone take part in the conversation.
- Disagree with ideas, not people.
- If someone says no or stops replying, respect it.
- Don't move a conversation to another platform to get around a block.
2. Prohibited content
Rynzi has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. The following are not allowed anywhere on Rynzi — profiles, messages, rooms, room chat or gift notes:
3. Room and gift rules
Rooms — live rooms and party rooms — are moderated text chats. Hosts keep their room on topic, and everyone is responsible for what they post. Gifts are one-time purchases — pressuring anyone to spend is prohibited.
- Hosts are responsible for keeping their room on topic and safe. They decide whether members may chat or send gifts, and can hide any message in their room.
- Party-room seats are for taking part. The host can move anyone from a seat back to the audience; don't take seats to crowd others out or to pressure the people sitting next to you.
- Don't repost other people's messages or personal details outside the room without their permission.
- Never promise anything in exchange for gifts.
4. Reporting and enforcement
Anyone can report a profile, message, room, or single room message, and block a user instantly — their content disappears from your view right away. Our moderation team reviews every report within 24 hours, removes violating content, and acts against the user who posted it, from restricting interaction to permanently banning the account. Text is also screened by sensitive-word filters before it is posted: matching words are replaced with ****** and the message is flagged for moderation. We notify you of the outcome, and eligible actions can be appealed once.
- Report: use Report on a creator's profile, in a message thread's menu, in a room's Safety menu, or from Me → Safety center → Submit report. Choose the target and reason, add details, and you'll get a tracking number.
- Block: blocking hides that person on your side — their messages, rooms, notifications and recommendations no longer show up for you, and you stop following them. Blocks are private: they are not notified. Unblock any time in Me → Safety center → Blocked users; unblocking does not restore the follow.
- Appeal: open Me → Safety center → View appeals, choose the action, and submit one appeal with your context within the appeal window. We aim to respond within 48–72 hours and update you in the app.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
