Terms of Service

1. Age requirement (18+)

Only users 18 or older may use Rynzi. We ask for a birth date once and keep only the 18+ outcome. False age declarations result in immediate termination, and we block the account from social features.

2. User content responsibility

You are responsible for your content — profiles, messages, rooms you host, and room chat. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host and display that content so the service can work.

Do not post content you don't have the right to share, and do not share other people's private data without their permission. We may review and remove content or restrict access for violations, and we notify you of the outcome.

3. Zero tolerance, moderation and enforcement

Rynzi has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You must not post content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, threatening, fraudulent, or illegal, or that exploits minors, and you must not harass, bully, or impersonate anyone. You must accept these Terms and the Community Guidelines before you can publish anything.

Text you post — messages, room chat, display names and bios — is screened by a sensitive-word filter, and matching words are replaced with ****** before it is published. Display names that impersonate Rynzi staff are rejected.

Every profile, message, room, and room message can be reported, and any user can be blocked; blocking removes their content from your view immediately. Our moderation team reviews every report within 24 hours. When content breaks these Terms we remove it and act against the user who posted it, up to and including permanently banning the account. We notify you of the outcome.

Eligible actions can be appealed once from Me → Safety center in the app, within the appeal window shown with the action. We aim to decide appeals within 48–72 hours.

4. Virtual gifts and refunds

Purchase scope

Gifts are virtual in-app support items that enhance your experience in Rynzi. You send them with diamonds, Rynzi's in-app currency, which you get by buying a one-time diamond pack. Diamonds and gifts have no cash value, cannot be cashed out, transferred to another account, or exchanged for money or physical goods.

Diamond packs are bought in Me → Recharge. Gifts can be sent in any quantity to the host of a room or, in a party room, to anyone sitting on a seat, as long as the host has gifts turned on. Diamonds are deducted when the gift is sent.

Price and currency

During checkout, the price is displayed in your local currency by the App Store, and may differ from the US reference prices above. Applicable taxes and fees are included, and the final amount will be shown before you complete the purchase.

Refunds

• Purchases are processed by Apple. We do not process refunds directly, and purchases are final except as required by law or granted by Apple.
• iOS: submit a request through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Restore purchases

Diamonds are a consumable purchase. Once credited, they are kept in your Rynzi account and appear on any device where you sign in with it. The App Store does not restore consumable purchases, so Restore purchases (in Me → Recharge and Me → Gifts and restore) only completes purchases on this device that were paid for but not yet credited — for example, if the app closed during checkout. A purchase is credited to the Rynzi account that made it. Gifts already sent cannot be restored or refunded by us.

If you delete your account, your unused diamond balance is deleted with it and is not refunded.

No subscriptions

Rynzi has no memberships, auto-renewals, or hidden recurring charges. You only pay when you choose to buy a diamond pack.

5. General service terms

Accounts are created with an email address and a password — no third-party sign-in. Your password is never stored (only a one-way code derived from it on your device), so it cannot be reset: keep it safe. The basic experience (browsing, joining rooms, taking a seat, opening your own room, messaging) is free.

We may change or suspend parts of the service, and either you or we can terminate the account; you can delete yours at any time in Settings. See Delete your account.

6. Apple Standard EULA

If you downloaded Rynzi from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. These Terms are between you and Rynzi, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
